Something came up, can I move to Thursday?
Thursday 18:00 has two spots left. Cancel tomorrow's class under My bookings (free until 12 hours before) and book Thursday on the timetable. Your credit comes straight back.

No subscription, no contract, no setup fee, and no demo to sit through before anybody will tell you the price. It is right here, it moves under your finger, and it stops at €250 a month no matter how big you get.
We take nothing under €1,000 a month, and the free €1,000 resets on the 1st.

You are on another platform
Two uploads- 01Upload the export from your current platform, or the spreadsheet you keep yourself, and it recognises the columns for you: your members first, then the packs they already paid for, with the credits they have left.
- 02Nobody is emailed while you do it, so you can bring everyone across, build your weekly schedule and check it all before you go live.
- 03You pick the day you switch, nothing goes dark for your clients in between, and there is no contract to cancel if it does not suit you.

Money
Is it really free until I'm earning €1,000 a month?
Yes. In any month your online revenue is under €1,000 we take nothing. Above it we take 2.5% on just the part above €1,000, taken off those payments as they happen, and never more than €250 in a month however well the month goes. The free €1,000 resets on the 1st, and so does the €250 ceiling. No card on file, no invoice. Stripe's own processing is separate and goes to Stripe.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes, and connecting one takes a few minutes. Stripe runs the identity and bank checks itself. From then on every payment your clients make lands in your account rather than ours, which is what makes you the merchant of record instead of us.
What happens when a client wants a refund?
You refund her yourself in your own Stripe dashboard, in a couple of clicks, because the payment was always yours. Chargebacks work the same way. A refunded payment stops counting toward your €1,000 for that month, and refund one in full and our fee on it comes back to you too.
Switching
I'm already on another platform. How hard is it to move?
Easier than staying, and you can do it yourself in an evening. Upload the export from your current platform, or the spreadsheet you keep yourself, and it recognises the columns for you, including the names the big platforms use in English, Spanish and Dutch. Your members come across first, then the packs they already paid for, with the credits they have left. Nobody is emailed until you are ready, and you pick the day you switch.
Can I leave whenever I want?
Yes. No contract, no notice period. Your last payments reach you from Stripe as normal, and your data is yours: your customer list and receipts download as a spreadsheet from your dashboard.
Is it for me
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They book on your page in a couple of taps, and your page installs on their home screen like an app, with no app store. Put the QR code on your studio door and the link in your Instagram bio.
I have more than one location.
Today one account runs one studio, so you would be running two accounts, and we would rather say that than sell you a workaround. Multi-location is something we intend to offer and are working towards. If you are opening a second room, write to us: we would rather build it with a studio that actually needs it than guess at what it should do.
Is it only for reformer studios?
It is who we built it for and who we open to first, so the benchmarks, templates and wording are reformer specific. The booking core works for any small studio. Run something adjacent and curious? Ask us.

Who is actually behind this?
It was built inside a working studio. Lisa runs Casa Reformer Pilates in Nerja, and every feature here started as something she needed on the floor. That is still how the product gets decided: by people who teach, rather than from a roadmap written a long way from the room.
