Reformer Pilates Booking

Legal

Terms of Service

Effective 1 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Reformer Pilates Booking platform (“RPB”, “Platform”) operated by [Operating Entity]. By accepting these Terms during onboarding you (the “Studio”) enter a binding agreement with us.

1.What RPB provides

RPB is a multi-tenant booking and payments platform for small- group reformer pilates studios. We provide the software, payment processing infrastructure via Stripe, transactional email delivery, and the supporting data infrastructure required to operate the Studio's booking page and admin shell.

2.Studio responsibilities

The Studio is responsible for the content displayed on its booking page, the accuracy of pricing and class information, the delivery of in-person services to its clients, compliance with local fitness/wellness regulations, and the accurate collection and reporting of taxes on revenue collected via the Platform.

3.Platform fees and payouts

RPB takes a 2.5% platform fee on each successful client payment processed through the Platform. The remainder is paid out to the Studio's IBAN on a weekly schedule. Stripe processing fees apply separately and are deducted before payout calculation. Studios may opt into a different payout cadence by contacting support.

Complimentary credits granted by the Studio do not incur platform fees as no payment was processed.

4.Acceptable use

The Platform is provided for legitimate reformer pilates and related fitness/wellness operations. The Studio agrees not to use the Platform to facilitate transactions for goods or services that violate applicable law, Stripe's prohibited and restricted business categories, or that misrepresent the nature of the service being purchased.

5.Client data and GDPR

The Studio is the data controller for its clients' personal data. RPB acts as the data processor. The terms of this relationship are set out in the separate Data Processing Agreement. The Studio is responsible for collecting GDPR consent from its clients for marketing communications. RPB surfaces consent controls on the client account page and honours unsubscribe requests within 24 hours.

6.Service level and downtime

RPB targets 99.5% monthly uptime measured at the public booking page. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance via the admin dashboard. No service credit is provided for downtime caused by upstream provider outages (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel) but RPB will keep the Studio informed of recovery progress.

7.Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. On termination, RPB exports the Studio's customer and booking data to a CSV bundle, runs final payouts for outstanding balances, and deletes Studio data from active systems within 90 days. Backups retain data for up to 12 months for restore purposes.

8.Liability

RPB's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the platform fees paid by the Studio in the 12 months preceding any claim. RPB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost client goodwill, etc.) except where required by applicable law.

9.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised effective date. Substantive changes are notified to the Studio's billing email at least 30 days before they take effect, and the Studio is prompted to re-accept the updated version on their next admin login.

10.Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.

11.Contact

Questions about these Terms: [contact email]. The registered legal entity operating RPB and its contact details will be listed here in the production version.
